Machine Shop Work Policy

If your part is not made specifically to the designs you gave us, then the machine shop guarantees your satisfaction under certain conditions:

• The Machine Shop reserves the right to repair or modify the incorrect part in an attempt to correct it. However; if the part and material are beyond repair, then the machine shop will buy new material (at our expense) and create a whole new part to your specifications.
• If your part is wrong because you made an error on your designs or failed to submit new designs when you made a modification, then we are not responsible for replacing that part or refunding your money.

Prohibited Materials

The following items cannot be machined within the Machine Shop, but not limited to:

• Carbon Fiber
• 3D Printed Parts or assembly thereof.
• No Firearm Parts of any kind.
• No Knives or Blades of any kind.

All materials are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You will be prompted to sign a Job Delivery Form upon picking up your completed parts.
